Inclusion and Accessibility

At TVX2015 we are taking a positive approach towards accessibility and inclusion. Here are some of the initiatives we are pursuing this year:

Of course, we are taking the usual steps to ensure accessibility as far as possible in line with good practice. SUPPORTING ACCESSIBILITY

Guidelines on how we are supporting accessibility at TVX 2015. This page also explains how to request individual reasonable adjustments.

COMMITTEE APPLICATION

We will conduct an open application process for positions on the program committee.

MENTORING

Mentoring of submissions from established TVX researchers in order to provide support with the most appropriate communication of your research.

LUNCH DATES

Research ‘lunch dates’ between new and experienced TVX researchers.

PROVISION

Provision of accessibility guidelines and support for presenters at the conference, be that a podium presentation, a demo, or a poster.

DEDICATED SESSIONS

An accessibility track with dedicated sessions on accessibility research, depending on the number and quality of submissions.
